How long have you been publishing books?
The Jai Jais self-published it’s first book in 2015, from the standard range, “Ganesh”.
Where are you based?
We have offices in London and Cheshire. Our distribution centres are in Leicester, York UK and Toronto Canada.
What are the suggested age ranges of the books?
The Jai Jais Baby Series, 0-2 years
The Main series, 2-4 years
The Festivals Collection, 4-6 years
The Legends Collection, 6 years +
Yoga and Mindfulness Cards, All ages
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept, American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shopify Pay
Will COVID-19 (Coronavirus) affect my delivery?
Currently dispatch is working in a reduced capacity, to minimise the risk of infection. Book dispatches are only handled by one person and given to the postman/courier from a social distancing hatch. However, all our dispatches are still being sent 1st class and dispatched regularly, show at worst should be with you within 3-4 days on the outside. We have been advised that Royal Mail (who do more than 90% of our dispatches) maintain a COVID-19 code and with fewer people working some packets taken longer to get to our customers.
What are my delivery options?
Most of our packets are sent through 1st Class Royal Mail. For packets that are above 2kgs, we opt to send this through an overnight courier, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
How do I check the delivery cost of my item?
Delivery costs are set up on our website and you will see them listed separately at checkout. Theses vary depending on your location and order.
Where is my order?
When we have fulfilled your order, that is we have put it together and handed over to the Royal Mail/Courier, an email will be sent to you to advise that your package is on its away and get ready to receive it in the following couple of days.
Can I track my order?
All our deliveries are being made through Royal Mail, which currently does not have a tracking system for regular mailed deliveries.
The larger packages are sent through an overnight courier, which does have tracking information.
What countries/regions do you deliver to?
We can send parcels anywhere in the world. Please bear in mind that some countries do not approve of printed matter import and there may be an import duty and possibly a tax. If unsure, please contact us and we can assist.
To ensure that your order reaches you safely, we ask that you provide us with a telephone contact number, and email.
Why don’t I qualify for free delivery?
Only certain items are eligible for free delivery. We occasionally run promotions, which may offer free delivery please see the website.
What happens if I’m not in when my delivery arrives?
We try and make the parcels so that they are letter box friendly. In the instance, where a delivery has been missed, our courier or Royal Mail will put through a card and give you details for a pickup from a local distribution centre.

Can I change/amend my order?
Our ecommerce site is run by Shopify who do not offer a ‘change/amend’ of order option. We suggest you immediately email us immediately on email@example.com . Whilst every care is taken when assembling your order, we advise you to ensure that the order is correct when you place the order.
Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
The team at JaiJais will always honour your views about wanting to return or exchange your part or even full order. This must be sent to The Jai Jais Despatch team, 143 Cavendish Road, Leicester LE2 7PJ at your own cost.
We will refund orders once we receive the returned goods. Please ensure they are exactly as we have sent them. You must always notify us within 3 days of your delivery and make arrangements to get the returns to us within days of that. We will refund the order value and not the delivery cost.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order has been cancelled, please allow 7 days for us to initiate the process our end. The refund may take some time to show on your card statements.
